Some players or scavs your shooting might have armor which makes the lower tier ammo useless. Right now the only ammo available from traders is very bottom tier, doesn’t have great penetration, and shoots at a low velocity. I mean it’s very possible to take 8 bullets depending on what caliber, range they were shot at, and armor a person is wearing.
